• Responsible for day-to-day operational activities in Client systems, to ensure optimum system performance and determine the system strategy for business continuity.
• Responsible for ensuring backup solution for Client data and system are operational state
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining Client asset inventory to ensure all asset are accounted for.
• Support for any application/platform and security incidents, work with various internal teams and vendors to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA.
• Support infrastructure services either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support Client systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
• Support integration services between external systems either on premise, hybrid, or public cloud environment to support Client systems by working closely with different stakeholders.
• Support new operation initiatives and to drive development of system integration, acceptance, performance management practice and performance testing.
• Work with different stakeholders to perform technical support for any Client incident or request.

Technical Skills:

• Added advantage with AWS Certification - At least 1 years of working experience in Cloud-based services, IT operations and vendor management.
• Certification in AWS SysOps is a plus.
• Experience in networking technologies such as WAN, LAN, Network Security, Firewall rules, Load Balancers, VPNs and DNS
• Familiar with cloud-based services such as Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), AWS and/or Azure.
• Familiarity with security and access control measures to control privileged access to test and production environment.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.
• Proactive and dedicated individual with multi-tasking capabilities
• Troubleshooting connectivity and data transfer issues.
• Working knowledge of and experienced in Public Agency IT/System environment is preferred.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or in relevant disciplines.

The Job

• Responsible for the real-time coordination of pick-up and drop-off of migrant workers from their dormitories.
• Handle enquiries from dormitory operators and employers on transportation and other services provided
• Work with the respective Operations Executives (OEs) at each sector to ensure conveyance is on schedule.
• Assist in the investigation and follow up on patient and client feedback.
• Where assigned, work closely with the duty Telemedicine doctor for on-site follow up for Tele-Medicine (TM) patients.
• Keep up to date with the various service components
• Submit reports to HQ and Stakeholders in a timely manner.

The Person

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a high-stress call centre environment, and/or transport coordination.
• Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer-service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with prior experience managing clinic management systems.
