• Assist to prepare and pack fresh flower arrangements and other materials required for daily maintenance, floral set ups which includes preparing floral containers, required props, floral foam and floral carts for storage, refrigeration and delivery
• Assist to deliver flower arrangements, and touch up flowers if there are any placements arranged beforehand
• Assist to do daily routine maintenance, or as and when required to ensure flowers remain in good condition
• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by superiors
• Coach and support other team members
• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)
• Maintain and monitor store inventory
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
• Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
• Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
• Maintain product levels appropriately
• Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store’s online presence

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of day to day tasks.
• Review & analyse daily operational productivity and improve processes and systems.
• Manage annual operational budget to meet sales capacity.
• Manage manpower and the quality of the human resources to meet sales expectations.
• Sourcing and negotiating with sub contractors or vendors.
• Review SOPs and implement best practices.

• Oversee the training requirements & procedures.
• Oversee the well-being & morale of all the workers.
• Manage and renew certifications like ISO, Bizsafe etc
• Assist Business Development in developing prototypes or value add to existing products and solutions

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a relevant Diploma or Degree.
• At least 5 years work experience in a related position.
• The ability to analyse reports and improve productivity.
• Strong technical skills to provide solutions to site and project issues.
• Versatile with good problem solving skills.
• The ability to communicate with different level of workers effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in construction, production, engineering or warehousing is an advantage.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.
