RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Operations Manager role oversees the management of customers and all customer-related operational matters, including but not limited to:

What are my job responsibilities?

• To plan, direct & coordinate with both internal and external project stakeholders for Signalling system e.g. Engineering, Subcontractor, Civil, Customer, etc. on design and implementation on-site.
• To participate in the conceptual development on the assigned project and oversee the scheduling and implementation.
• To work with Construction/Installation Manager to manage project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the project budget by strictly enforcing quality, safety and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.
• Provide regular site progress update status to Construction/Installation manager.
• Ensure compliance to company policies, approved procedures and requirements of the process and quality defined in the approved Installation Procedures, Method of Statements, Set to Work, etc.
• Ensure all installation checklists & Set to Work are progressively checked, duly signed, and filed for both internal & external audits.
• Conduct toolbox meeting on-site.
• Support, monitor and review overall installation and T & C timeline and preparation of recovery plan in event of activities delayed, if applicable.
• Conduct regular site progress meeting with subcontractors, monitor and supervise to ensure the subcontractors comply to the acceptance procedures. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• To ensure that the subcontractor carry out work on-site in accordance or ahead of detailed program (CIP, TRIP, etc.) and completed works in timely manner.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Drafting/BIM team.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet project schedules (BLP, CIP, TRIP, etc.).
• Liaise with the relevant parties on the submission (Installation Procedures, Installation Drawings, PMF, ELARD, etc.).
• Plan all works on site, including working schedules and installation methods including forecast equipment readiness, material delivery and estimated manpower require, etc.
• Strictly adherence to safety practices in the workplace at all times.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

We will be implementing an allowance claim for night shifts as follows:
Night Shift 1: SGD 15
Night Shift 2: SGD 20
Additionally, we will provide dinner for night shift 1 & 2.

Responsibilities:

Shift Work:
Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and night shifts as required to ensure continuous coverage and support for customers.

Job Description:

As the Warehouse Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the seamless daily operations of our fulfilment warehouse. You will also be expected to identify and implement continuous improvements to our daily workflow to simplify, optimize, and automate our warehouse processes.

This is a highly operational role that requires you to handle physical floor work, admin work on the computer, and online-and-offline communication with customers and drivers. You will be working in an air-conditioned warehouse environment in a team of 3-5 people and reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfilment: Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
• Transport: Ensure sufficient drivers, efficient routing, anticipate and resolve delivery issues, and ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
• Inbound: Ensure incoming goods are unloaded, inspected, counted, and stored correctly.
• Inventory: Ensure all stocks and materials are accurate, replenished, and updated regularly.
• Warehousing: Ensure floor space is organized, optimized, with FEFO and properly labeled.
• Housekeeping: Ensure warehouse space is clean, safe, and organized.
• Customer service: Ensure all queries are answered promptly and service issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly skilled System & Network Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extpertise in VMware technology, server administration, network management, and IT break/ fix scenarios. This role requires the ability to wrok independently, troubleshoot complex issues,and provide timely resolutions. Additionally, the candidate must be available for 24/7 standby duty to respond to critical system and network issues, including break/ fix scenarios.

Responsibilities :

1. Install, configure, and maintain VMware infrasturture, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines.
2. Manage server hardware, operating systems, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network infrasturcture upgrades and expansions.
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, firmware upgrades, and patch management.
6. Respond promptly to system and network alerts, assess the serverity of issues, and escalate as needed to meet SLA commitments.
