Job Scope:

- 3-4 years’ experience in Network technology either in Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, HPE and Aruba - LAN and WAN and Wireless. Experience in Palo Alto is an added advantage.

- Experience in troubleshooting network operations and support queues and in triaging network issues

- Good knowledge in troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution and or resolution recommendation.

- Knowledge of enterprise grade active network equipment's will be an advantage.

- Experience in operational role in 24-7 organization is an asset.

In your new role you will:

• Participate in the data exploration, and be responsible for improving data quality and productivity, and including massive data processing, data analysis, data validations

• Provide user consultancy support & training for Data Automation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Data Science / Industrial Engineering is preferred
• 1 to 5 years of related working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry level
• Knowledge on Data Automation like ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)modeling is preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ETL Tools will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

· To work with all internal departments & suppliers to create a friendly & ensure quality awareness environment so as to achieve zero defect products

· To lead & work with MRB team on the OSV activities so as to meet supplier's requests before any RMA / RTV process

· To understand customer manufacturing quality requirements & align with the business agreement so as to work effectively with suppliers on the line rejection

· Work closely with suppliers to expedite on-the-line defective returns, and follow-up on the disposition & FA report so as to work back with the internal relevant departments. Eg : SCM, Quality, Process and etc.

· Maintain zero defective quality on hand & aging period

· Support parts localization and work closely with factory RD & engineering team

· Compliance with RBA

1. Responsible for the overall system design of intelligent robots, including the collaborative development of hardware and software, to ensure that the intelligent functions of the robot are given full play.

2. Develop autonomous navigation and path planning algorithms to enable the robot to move efficiently and safely in different environments.

3. Apply machine learning technology to optimise the robot's perception, decision-making and execution capabilities, and enhance the intelligence of the system.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines.

2. Experience in intelligent robot system development, familiar with the field of autonomous navigation, path planning and machine learning.

3. Proficient in programming languages such as ROS (Robot Operating System) and Python, with practical experience in algorithms such as deep learning and reinforcement learning.
