Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex projects that have a substantial mix of electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design; attend design reviews and provide input to meet market requirement specifications (MRS) and hardware/software specifications. Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer’s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures and Preparing quotations and proposals.
• Ensuring company announcements, products, services, rates, policies, and operational changes are communicated to customers on a timely basis.
• Handle Shipment – process documentation, manifest, invoices, cost capturing
• Coordinate with airlines and co-loaders to arrange for space booking

• Ensure Costing and billing are completed timely and files are closed correctly within a given timeframe.
• Operations to assist and work closely with the warehouse.
• Accomplish any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage

Job Objectives

Design and develop both optoelectronics devices and integrated photonics sub-system platforms. Devices includes but not limited to SOA, gain chips, FP lasers, DFB lasers (CW and DML) and SLEDs. Photonics integrated platforms include but not limited to photonics integrated circuits, Silicon-based integrated platforms, standard/custom packaged modules, as well as optoelectronics sub-systems (i.e. includes both optical and electronics sub-modules) to meet design goals and requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform simulation of optoelectronic devices (CrossLight, ALDS, Optiwave), optical ray tracing (Zemax, Optalix), thermal (Solidworks) and electrical (5Spice) properties of optoelectronics devices
• Analysis of optoelectronics device epi growth, participate in wafer fabrication process integration, mask design integration, device functionality and reliability performance characterization and test results.
• With reference to state-of-art competitors, simulated performance and data-mining internal test-results database, you will refine the design, fabrication specifications, and simulation model and parameters to optimize fit between design and measured outcomes.
• Report generation of design and simulation outcome with support of experimental data, where available
• Build up database of optoelectronics device design white papers, and management of all design documentation repository
• Responsible for leading/co-leading programs with several major global players in the development of photonic integration solutions to support the Silicon Photonics platform for datacom and sensing applications.

1. Development will be beyond simplex monolithic integration with regrowth for spot size converters and array devices, towards multiple functionality PICs incorporating active devices of lasers, modulators and detectors with passive devices of waveguides, polarizers, MMI splitters and optical filters.
2. Development of multiple functionality PICs designed to be compatible to Silicon Photonics to form a larger scale integrated System-on-a-Chip component.

Can read mechanical drawing, and understand the schematic diagram.

Can use auto cad tool drawing the shop drawing.

Can coordinate with tunnel engineer and site supervisor settle the site works.

Can lead M&E team carry out the related works.

Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in .NET C# programming, primarily in Blazor Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering well-designed and configured software systems such as in web blazor applications and desktop applications (WPF, C#) that cater to our internal Engineering demand. He/She will also provide technical expertise to the Managers.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of .NET C# programming experience, strong skills in software design, a passion for .NET development and innovation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

You will be working with the Test Measurement Centre (TMC) team and the Test Development Engineer who will provide the data sources and locations of our devices data.
You will be designing, documenting, developing and delivering software products, specifically responsible for the following as appropriated by the TMC Team for the projects:

• Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)

This role involves soliciting employee feedback, managing vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and handling administrative tasks. The HR Operations Executive will also manage budgets, stock levels, billing, payments, and provide general support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations. This role reports to Head, Employee Engagement & Ethics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Database and Resource Management

• Employee Database: Maintain and regularly update the employee database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Lockers and Uniforms: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of personal lockers. Coordinate the distribution and refreshment of uniforms and PPE, ensuring timely availability.

2. Vendor Management and Coordination

• Vendor Selection and Management: Oversee the selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of vendors for transportation, canteen, vending machines, uniforms, and PPE.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review vendor performance to ensure adherence to contract terms and Master Service Agreements (MSA), and manage payments and necessary documentation, such as LTA letters for transportation providers.

• Service Improvement: Collaborate with vendors to improve service standards and ensure employee satisfaction with the services provided.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of uniforms and PPE, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages. Manage inventory efficiently to support operational needs.

4. Administrative Support and Budget Management

• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for HR facilities and vendor services, ensuring expenditures stay within approved limits.
• Reporting: Regularly report on budget status, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Employee Support: Provide administrative support and respond to employee inquiries related to services such as transport, canteen, and other HR facilities.

5. Compliance and Safety

• Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) and risk management teams to ensure that HR facilities and services comply with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
