Skills Requirement:

• Experience with managing cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, preferred.

Your role:

Requirements gathering and documentation

• Engages with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document their business needs.
• Translates business and customer needs into detailed user stories and defines clear acceptance criteria including functional and non-functional needs
• Maintains clear and comprehensive documentation that is easily understood by both business and technical teams.
• Ensures that user stories are understood by the development team and are actionable.

Requirements Analysis

• Analyzes and prioritizes requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and are feasible within technical constraints.
• Identifies conflicts, dependencies, and impacts on existing systems or processes.

Requirements Validation and Verification

• Ensures that requirements are complete, consistent, and verifiable.
• Works with stakeholders to validate that the documented requirements meet the business’s needs.

Collaboration with Development Teams

• Works closely with the development team to ensure technical challenges are addressed and decisions are made with long-term scalability in mind.
• Engages in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to guide the team toward successful product delivery.
• Provides timely feedback on product increments and acts as the decision-maker for backlog priorities.

Stakeholder Management

• Balances stakeholder interests and manages expectations regarding timelines, features, and technical limitations.
• Communicates technical progress, challenges, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in a way they can understand.

Technical Debt and Quality

• Prioritizes technical debt alongside feature development to ensure long-term system health and performance.
• Ensures that the product is built to meet not only functional requirements but also high standards of technical quality.
