• Support in daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales operations reporting
• Support in short-/mid-/long-term sales planning processes
• Support in general sales operations in terms of order and quota management

Duration: 6 months Full-Time

•    Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to ensure a full reconciled Gross Asset Value to the Client Operations team including cash, position, dividend & interest reconciliations;
•    Ensure trade processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly & security pricing is accurate;
•    Review pricing and Profit & Loss of portfolios including Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC derivatives and Forwards; 
•    Manage the new client onboarding processes;
•    Ensure all professional relationships internal and external are maintained to a high level;
•    Respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner; 
•    Ensure client SLA’s are strictly adhered to;
•    Liaise with custodians and other counterparties on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to management;
•    Additional responsibilities may include oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology;

Key Responsibilities:

• Audience Segmentation:
  • Implement (local marketing and CRM teams) audience segmentation models for targeted paid media pushes.
  • Refine audience segments based on CRM data and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure segments have statistically significant match rates and are actionable.
• Quality Control & Assurance:
  • Conduct pre-push quality checks and post-push quality analyses of audience segments.
  • Maintain detailed records and logs for review with data and strategy teams.
  • Monitor audience performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Platform Integration Oversight:
  • Integrate new paid media account IDs (Google Ads, Meta Ads) into the CRM system.
  • Update, test, and activate audiences to existing paid media accounts.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and data exchange between CRM and paid media platforms.
  • Monitor audience performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate monthly audience performance reports per market for each campaign.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different audience segments across various paid media platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights from CRM and paid media data to inform future campaign strategies.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Maintain strong communication with data and strategy teams, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in audience segmentation and paid media platform management.

Our client is a statutory board under Government of Singapore, they are now looking for Software Engineer (Devices) to support the team.

The activities required to be performed shall include the following:

• Requirements gathering.

• Design and develop software applications for embedded devices.

• Implement and optimize communication protocols (e.g.TCP/IP, HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP) to establish secure and reliable connections between embedded devices and on-premises/cloud platforms.

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging and troubleshooting of embedded devices to identify and resolve issues related to functionality, connectivity, performance and reliability.

• Preparation and submission of deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) such as Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Software Architecture Document, Design Specification, Interface Specifications, Source Codes, Testing Specification, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manual and others documents as required in the SDLC processes.

• Assist day-to-day application support issues.

• Liaise with users on the requirement testing and production issues.

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.

• Developed software in at least one full Software Development Lifecycle.

• Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object-oriented software design and UML modelling.

• Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).

• Experience in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system.

• Experience in multi-threading, socket programming and serial/USB communication.

• At least 5 years’ experience in object-oriented software development

This role will play a key function in preparation of packing list for all projects as well as inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with your team to understand status of equipment planning for each project.
• Support your team by preparing a draft packing list according to Engineering equipment breakdown list prepared by Technical Managers.
• Understand equipment which are away and supposed to be part of the packing list once arrive back to the base and track them to ensure tested and prepared.
• Follow up with engineering and warehouse teams to update the serial numbers of requirement in the packing list as they prepare.
• Keep the packing list updated for any changes required by client or technical manager.
• Share the final packing list Logistics team to ensure they have the completed and final version of packing list for their communication with external (i.e. Shipping agent or clients) and preparation of shipping documents.
• Work closely with the warehouse team with quality control process by random cross checking prepared equipment against the final packing list before departure of the shipment.
• Archive the final packing lists signed by the shipping agent at the time of equipment collection.
• Support your team with for maintaining inventory by recording SNs of newly purchased CAPEX and removal of written-off CAPEX.
• Labeling the equipment/parts according to company’s standards
• Assist in Physical Inventory Process

Requirements:

• Preferably degree or diploma specializing in materials planning/ business studies/accountancy
• Work experience in materials planning, accounting, or inventory management will be an advantage

Essential Functions

• Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare-related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.

• Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques (Flow Cytometry).
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures and practices including standard precautions and hazardous chemical handling.

• Proficiency with complex laboratory calculations regarding batches and specimens.
