Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a five star luxury setting.

• Proven experience in meeting budget and forecast for all costs, including payroll and other expenses

Responsibilities

As a member of the Learning Operations & Innovation team, you will provide support in learning administration and training events management.

Key areas of responsibilities include:

1. Programme Delivery

• Administer training programmes, including publicising programmes, monitoring and managing course enrolments, coordinating logistical/ administrative requirements, and attending to programme enquiries.

This is a global role of managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) in Singapore as part of global SOC operations.

This SOC is responsible for detecting, responding to, and managing security incidents to protect clients. The mission is to safeguard their assets and reputation by delivering Zero Impact and Zero Outage Managed Security Services.
