Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
• Coordinate with the virtual assistant (Philippines-based) to manage customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and other support functions.
• Ensure vending machines at Kaki Kaki Durian stalls are consistently restocked and operational.
2. Team Coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with local production staff and full-time/part-time delivery personnel through Telegram and other designated platforms.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve any operational issues within the team.
• Ensure smooth workflows by maintaining clear and timely updates from all team members.
3. Promotion and Sales Management
• Execute and oversee all ongoing promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve intended outcomes.
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries and ensure effective communication with customers.
4. Logistics and Delivery
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Step in to handle deliveries when necessary to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
5. Production Oversight
• Work closely with the production team to ensure all products meet quality and freshness standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues with the production team.
6. IT and Technical Support
• Collaborate with Head of IT to resolve any IT issues in the Vanguard office, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Address and troubleshoot vending machine IT issues, coordinating with external vendors or IT support if necessary to resolve problems quickly.
7. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
• Address operational challenges and implement solutions to avoid disruptions.
• Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, escalating critical issues to business partners when needed.
8. Reporting and Communication
• Provide regular updates to the respective business partners on operations, promotions, team performance, IT issues, and customer feedback.
• Maintain open communication with business partners and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Requirements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate both local and remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using Telegram and other communication tools for team coordination.
• Experience in logistics, quality control, and customer service.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach, including deliveries or restocking vending machines when required.
