The Role:

As part of our Issuing Risk Operations team, you’ll be responsible for strengthening our global issuing risk control strategy, driving key strategic initiatives across the globe and striving for the right balance of business growth, customer experience as well as our risk control bottom line. 1. Serve as a key contributor to our Issuing risk strategy through risk alert management, fraud analysis and dispute management;

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of the Job

As the HR Business Partner to Global Operations Director, he/she will drive HR strategies for Global Operations - aligning with business objectives, supporting organization growth, and enhancing operational effectiveness across the regions. As a key partner to the senior leadership team in Operations, he/she will lead HR programs focused on employee engagement, talent development, and operational performance, while promoting HR best practices and contributing to the broader business strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. • Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis

• Lead topsides design review activities either internally with other discipline or externally with other parties (include client);
