This role reports to the COO Office. Bridgepoint Health is an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare. As a clinic operations manager, you serve as the bridge between the HQ team and the Clinic team. The Job

1. Operational Excellence

Ensure clinic’s operational excellence and superb patient experience / satisfaction

Serves as the point of escalation for all clinic matters (internal and external)
