· Responsible for the safety, operation and development of the Cosco-Feoso (Singapore) Pte Ltd and FAR EAST OIL TERMINAL ONE (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD. Meet the safety, operation and other targets set by COSCO Shipping (South East Asia) Pte Ltd
· In accordance with the signed employment agreement, ensure the achievement of various production targets of the signed business performance index.
· Strictly implement safety and production-related regulations set by COSCO Shipping (South East Asia) Pte Ltd
· Carefully study and strictly implement and comply with local laws, regulations, financial systems and labour policies to ensure that the company operates in compliance with laws and regulations
· Establish and improve the company's various rules and regulations to ensure that the company's work is carried out
· Pay close attention to market changes and adjust company business strategies in a timely manner, do a good job in customer maintenance and development to avoid business risks
· Maintain good relationship with the port management to ensure smooth berthing, loading and unloading and provide quality services to oil depot tenants
· Strengthen safety management to ensure safe storage, safe loading and unloading operations of oil depots to achieve the safety management goals of zero casualties, zero accidents and zero pollution
· Strengthen customer information and payment receivable management to avoid operating capital and receivable risks
· Communicate and coordinate with shareholders and directors on a regular basis. Organize and convene board of directors and annual shareholder meetings as required to ensure smooth operation and development of the company.
· Maintain good communication with the local government and obtain government support to ensure that the terminal obtains various business and safety certificates in a timely manner to ensure safe production proceeds smoothly
· Continuously improve the working environment to ensure the safety and physical and mental health of employees
Requirements:
· At least Bachelor’s degree in Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Engineering, Business management or Marine
· Relevant safety certificates
· More than Five years of corporate and safety management experience
· Be familiar with oil depot management and safe oil storage knowledge, understand modern enterprise management and related legal knowledge
· Proficient in using office software
· Coordination and communication skills, Public relations and writing skills, Problem-solving skills
