- Managing all budgets respective to the different departments
- Driving all creative aspects of the project
- Product development
- Oversee all menu development and product procurement
- Oversee all HR activities
- Oversee all Finance activities
- Creating new business opportunities locally and overseas
- Event organsation and planning
- Hiring of all key employees.
Requirements for the position:
- 20 years minimum of experience in fine dining
- 10 years minimum of experience as Executive Chef
- 15 years minimum of experience in a Management Position
- 15 years minimum of experience in managing teams of 20 people or more
- 15 years of experience managing budgets
