We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time General and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing efficient general and administrative support for our operations. This is a part-time role with working hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (5-day week), suitable for individuals seeking to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.

· Invoicing and the related ancillary works.

· Attending to telephone calls and general queries.

· Submitting, collecting, and delivering documents to out-of-office locations.

· Handling general office and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess minimum G.C.E. O levels with a pass in English at O level (or equivalent).

· Knowledge of MS Word preferred.

· On-the-job training will be provided.
