(1) PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE SECRETARY-GENERAL

The incumbent will act in this capacity as Personal Assistant to the Secretary-General, acting as a sounding board for ideas and ensuring enhanced efficiency and structure across the organisation. S/he is also expected to provide strategic advice and guidance on key developments within the organisation and ensure the appropriate policy approaches are developed to meet IRSG’s mission and objectives. As a result of developing and maintaining research, s/he would be expected to develop initiatives that ensure that IRSG acts as a catalyst for the rubber sector and collaborates with stakeholders on developing evidence-based approaches and support. Duties of Sales Executive:

• Trade-related products and accessories, serving retail networks
• Provide trade services to retailers and consumers
• Introduce new products and services
• Identify and engage with potential customers
• Handle product issues, complaints, and warranty matters

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of B2C experience in FMCG industry
• Possess own transport
• Have networks with Dealers and Retail Channels
