Role & Responsibilities:

• Collecting and organizing information from various sources
• Identifying and solving problems in various fields or specialized areas
• Examine the data to figure out what is important to the problem and which methods are best to analyze it
• Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems
• Assist in KPIs and progress towards targets.
• Support in the creation and improvements of automated reports required by business.
• Translate data into actionable insights and collaborate closely
• Define, measure and track performance, ensuring end-to-end visibility of metrics, and driving consistency across regions
• Drive positive collaboration with functional teams and your peers to support both strategic and tactical initiatives
• Any other ad hoc tasks/projects required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of operations or business analyst experience.
• Self-driven with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial models, cash flow management, and revenue forecasts to support strategic planning and ensure financial health.
• Analyze financial data from cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols to support decision-making and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and manage financial reports, including operational and financial performance metrics.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial procedures and timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive financial dashboards and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Assist in evaluating and aligning partnerships by providing financial analysis and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in technology, cryptocurrency, or DeFi industries.
• Experience working in a big accounting firm is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and cash flow management.
• Experience with invoice processing and expense tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
