As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead in Singapore and collaborate with the finance team.

This role is a 6 -12 months contract with a chance to convert to perm.

Your role includes:

1. Accounts Payable Efficiency: Ensure smooth operations and provide first-line support to stakeholders.
2. Financial Support: Deliver timely and accurate financial information and support finance accounting areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable, employee expense claims, and cash management.
2. Process invoices up to 1,000 with the team
3. Handle vendor payment inquiries.
4. Manage APAC bank account payments and ensure prompt clearance.
5. Assist in improving finance processes and controls.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Tech/Data/Manufacturing company.
2. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
