• Consolidate and generate payroll data for 1,000+ employees
• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll administration and ensuring timely, accuracy of payroll activities in compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements.

The Sourcing Specialist is a support role to the GSC (Global Supply Chain) Strategic Sourcing Managers providing support in the areas of indirect procurement, contract services procurement, contract execution, and supplier onboarding.

• Indirect only, professional services

Your Role

Quality Assurance Specialist is to promote and integrate quality into every aspect of our BioReliance® biologics safety testing business in Singapore. The role is to perform batch record review (i.e. data audits) to support all aspects of quality operations to ensure that laboratory testing operates in full compliance with sound scientific practice, GxP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The scope of responsibility is to contribute or impact the results of the QA team and is accountable for the quality of own work, solve problems of low complexity independently by identifying and selection solutions and by analyzing information.

The post holder will be able to perform the following functions independently, with minimal guidance.

What You Do

• Batch record review: Review and approval of GxP documents, including Protocols, Technical Specification (TS), Batch Records, Workbooks, SOPs and all other QMS documentation.
• Batch record review: Comply with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Batch record review: Conduct in-process or final audits and approval on manufacturing or testing documentation as they comply with the stated regulatory standards and the approved TS, protocol or SOPs.
• Batch record review: Release of the certificate of analysis for GMP testing against the TS and associated documentation.
• Batch record review: Prepare QA statement within each GLP final report specifying inspections date, and dates findings were reported to the Study Director and management.
• Review and approve deviations, anomalous results, OOS, positive results and CAPAs.
• Assist in investigations from events, complaints or data audits.
• Conduct trend analysis for deviations and review / approve applicable CAPA records.
• Assist self-inspections to ensure continuous improvement.
• Perform and support client audits, regulatory inspections.
• Perform and support internal audits.
• Perform and support supplier audits.
• Comply with Health and Safety Executive regulations and undergo relevant training modules when required and actively takes necessary action when encountering unsafe situations.
• Perform their duties according to the principles of Good Laboratory (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Who You Are

• Graduate degree in life sciences or higher related degree
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience, within a similar Quality Assurance role i.e. batch record review.

Purpose of Position

The purpose of this role is to work with business users to define requirements for banking applications, develop and implement solutions and to be responsible for resolving day-to-day system issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with a whole spectrum of business users, Bankers, Traders, Finance, Risk, Capital Market, and Operation to understand their needs and processes to produce clear requirement specifications.
• Work on the whole solution lifecycle from Coding/Development of solution, unit testing, support user in UAT, validate results, and implementation in production.
• Co-ordinate with Head Office and/or vendors on projects and issues where needed.
• Provide day-to-day application support to users.
• System enhancement, code changes, and ensure these are managed and implemented timely and smoothly.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, from a good university.
• Must be effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong ability to converse, read, and write in Chinese as most documents and correspondence with Head Office are in Chinese.
• Must have worked in a Bank, or worked in a vendor and deployed full-time to a Bank.
• Must have good coding experience.

Strong technical knowledge and/or hands-on experience on the following areas will be an advantage but not essential:

Builds a mid-term strategy for AI and metaverse projects as well as an immediate opportunity pipeline and orchestrates execution through the appropriate technical teams from the Specialist Team Unit (STU) and with appropriate Partners.

• Acts as the customer's Technology Mentor in established relationships with a line-of-business leader or senior executive within a large-scale or high-impact customer organization senior leaders, including technical decision makers (TDMs) and/or Business Unit leaders at the C-level (e.g., HR, Risk, Finance leadership). Develops extended relationships beyond core customers, advises on solutions, and aligns Microsoft capabilities with customer needs. Drives market share (e.g., cloud, collaboration, AI). Leads customer business transformations through digital technologies for assigned accounts to drive business outcomes and create business value for customers by understanding customer industry and position to provide guidance and to challenge customer thinking with innovative ideas that showcase the need for change and new strategic direction, and proactively involves corporate and cross-industry resources to drive customer transformation. Ensures line-of-business wins are captured (e.g., customer write-ups) as reference for scale, and represents the face of the business during public relations events for significant business wins.
• Partners with a line-of-business leader or senior executive within a large-scale or high-impact customer organization to articulate how complex Microsoft technology/services will meet future business needs better than the competition and will enable the achievement of long-term growth and success. Provides an outside-in view around existing and emerging compete or other solutions that are also a requirement for the customer.

Mapping and Account Planning

• Helps customer technical specialists build the message to sell Microsoft offerings to other parts of their business or end users. Creates stakeholder maps for accounts, determines, and orchestrates a coverage plan, and builds out an execution framework across multiple Rooms of the House of the customer.
• Orchestrates internal teams and local partners (inclusive of global systems integrators and consultancy partners) to ensure sufficient technical resources for demand generation, when appropriate.
• Establishes best practices and standards around account planning for budgeting, quota attainment, consumption goals, and customer consumption gaps to inform quarterly and fiscal objectives. Coordinates highly complex extended account teams (e.g., spanning complex technologies, geographies, functions) and drives forecasting and tracking of the business. Owns the technical portion of the account plan and leads the customer plan delivery for large, critical, and/or strategic accounts. Captures all Account Planning input in MSX D365 Account Plan.

Education and Thought Leadership

• Leads customer technology engagement by engaging and influencing technical resources of customer, partner, and Microsoft towards customer’s business transformation. Delivers regular (e.g., quarterly, monthly) industry/technology briefings to customer technology senior decision-makers technical teams.
• Uses existing and new readiness resources and demonstrates expertise in creating enablement plans for large and high-stakes customers, and all-up Microsoft business. Drives innovations to help customers meet capacity and capability goals, maximize reach, and impact and drive long-term engagement and thought leadership on the Microsoft platform, and influences large customers to see and adopt the strategic value. What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
• When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
• Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.
• Providing vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends, from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers.
• Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.

• Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
