Provide L3 technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). What's the Role?

While managing a team of Workflow Specialists, you will lead by example by conducting detailed client conversations and reviews while ensuring the team is operating at your standards or above.
