• Engage external consulting and recruiting agencies as needed for HR-related functions.
• Implement/improve and maintain HR system data integrity.
• Work with superior and Directors to establish and upgrade HR system and policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
• Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.
• Attend physical/on-line seminars to learn and collect up-to-date HR information and apply to company HR system, as necessary.
• Undertake other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business, management or human resource discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years of any HR related experience. Payroll experience preferred.
• Experience of Sales/consultants at HR agencies will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
• Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
