Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential claims (Customer, 3rd party service provider or internal department) and coordinate with insurance team appropriately and open claim file accordingly.
• Discuss with internal department and respond to claim notification from customer and/or 3rd party service providers. (Carriers, Haulers, Rail operators, Terminals, Local Authorities)
• Lead and guide claim incident management. (including other Business Units)
• Verify the liability based on the SOP, agreements, terms and conditions whenever applicable.

• Update insurance team, Rotterdam claims department and management on open claim cases and share the monthly/weekly overviews.

• Medical Engineering Specialist
• Troubleshoot and maintain boiler, sterilizer and washer in the hospital/clinics as well as carry out installation work on infection control equipment.
