Your Opportunity: As Quotation Specialist your role includes supporting Sales Team in providing MRO quotations and collaborate with Sales Team to facilitate contract closure with customers. Upon successful contract closure, you will be responsible for launching of the won quotation in both CRM tool and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Create quotations and proposals for business/corporate jet maintenance and retrofits/upgrades.
• Perform relevant research and reviews required for quote creation including regulatory approval, parts/kits availability, special tools requirement, vendor availability.
• Ensure all quotations are carried out within established procedures.
• On Time Delivery of quotations to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager/Director to facilitate contract closure with customers.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with existing customers, attend to their queries expediently.
• Update Sales CRM system timely and accurately.

What will assist you to succeed:

• Diploma Holder or equivalent, Mechanical/technical apprenticeship in aviation or related field
• Over 8 years’ experience within a Quotation and/or Planning department in a Part 145 or PMO organization
• Aircraft technical experience in Gulfstream, Boeing 737, Airbus 318/319/320, Embraer would be added advantage.
• Good understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
• Solid knowledge of quotation processes and procedures

Position Summary

This position is responsible to provide support for general tasks in the warehouse. Picks and packs

shipments, performs delivery and pick-up, loads and unloads, as well as scans all packages. Receives,

put-away, issues and stock-takes materials/inventory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo

• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
