Meranti Power Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Energy Market Authority, is establishing a multi-discipline project team and corporate team to facilitate and ensure timely implementation of power generating station projects and thereafter, operation and maintenance of the power generating station. We are inviting applicants for the position of Personal Assistant who shall report to the Head (Human Resource). The scope and requirements are as follows:

We require the Personal Assistant to be highly organised and proactive in providing comprehensive support to our Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management of Senior Management including travel management and planning

• Minutes taking and ensure timely follow up on action items

The title for this position is Fitness Instructor (Project Management).
