1. Ensure smooth running of the gym during its operating hours as
set out.
2. Provide assistance to all gym users.
3. Demonstrate and familiarize all gym users with the gym
equipment.
4. Ensure safe and proper application of exercise techniques.
5. Provide advice on customized exercise programmes for each and
every gym user.
6. Provide counselling on proper diet and nutrition for each and
every gym user.
7. Provide all other services that are usually provided by gym
instructors, in consultation with the school
8. Implement rules set by the School on the use of the PLMGS Sec
gym.
9. Ensure that all gym equipment are in good working condition and
report any defects to the School promptly.
10. Organize and implement special gym events and activities in
accordance with the contract.
11. Provide advice to school athletes and running of school health
programs.
