Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Responsible for transporting the Senior Consultant and family members to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Senior Consultant and family members on locations that they are required to be driven to.
• Plan the most efficient driving routes to the required locations
• Assist the Senior Consultant with the loading and unloading of the possessions
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations to ensure compliance and safety
• Ensure that the vehicle remains clean at all times
• Carry out routine inspection on the vehicle to maintain it in excellent working order
• Completing collections and deliveries of documents to intended locations as instructed by the Senior Consultant
• Assist the Senior Consulting and family members in running errands
• Fulfil any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Consultant

Person Specifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean traffic record
• Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and on public holidays when required

• Location: Loyang (company transport provided in the morning, pick-up at Pasir Ris MRT)
• Daily lunch provided
• Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on new customer inquiries and confirm orders on behalf of the MD.
• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls, and follow up on leads provided by the MD.
• Manage customer inquiries, gather feedback on product samples, and direct to relevant departments.
• Generate sales reports and quotations.
• Coordinate export shipments.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the MD.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, Food Science or related
• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred
