● Conduct Chinese cultural workshops such as (but not limited to) Chinese Heritage, Broadcasting / Emcee courses, etc.

● Conduct learning journeys in Mandarin, such as Heritage Trail and Chinese Tea Appreciation etc.

● Give presentations on Chinese cultural topics in schools, corporate, and/or community centers in Mandarin.

● Revise course materials.

● Capture and share workshop/event highlights.

Currently we are searching for a Product Trainer to join our Singapore based team. The main objective of this role is to provides support and training for internal and external customers with regards to casino management systems and operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Undertake timely facilitation of internal and external training classes and forums both on and off-site.
• Adhere to IGT ISO and internal process and procedures.
• Focus on projects through entire life cycle – start up to completion.
• Update and develop course work and associated support material.
• Test new releases of software to ensure they meet market requirements.
• Perform extensive analysis of casino business processes and operations for installation of new products as well as to support existing system installations.
• Develop excellent working relationships with high-level casino personnel.
• Work out a plan to demo and presentation of IGT products to customer.
• Constantly update and maintain a high level of understanding of IGT system products and casino industry standards.

Personal Competencies, Knowledges & Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Computer Science or a related field or its equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of confidence for problem resolution related to gaming systems and customer operational procedures.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking of the English, additional language is preferred.
• The ability to travel throughout Asia Region as and when required.
• Highly self-motivated & willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate highly technical and complex processes across complete client base, from novice to experienced.
• Proven capacity to work well with a large team of support personnel across varying ranges of responsibilities.
• Excellent attitude towards continuous learning and being responsible for managing own career.
• Knowledge of analytics and basic of SQL query will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in the Casino or Gaming industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in business oriented matters
• Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
