DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the region, collaborating with Onitsuka Tiger SEA Regional Director and the Business Management department of HQ to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.

- Use financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the members of Onitsuka Tiger SEA and the Business Management department of HQ, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business in the SEA region.

- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, including streamlining financial reporting and developing financial controls.

- Follow direction from the Business Management department of HQ related to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, and provide regular updates on progress and performance to them.

- Collaborate with the Business Management department of HQ to ensure consistency in financial reporting and analysis across the organization.

Job Description

• Provide support in full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
• Recruitment and interview process.
• Process work pass applications and renewals.
• Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters.
• Maintain & upkeep on employee P-File (hardcopy & softcopy).
• Assist annual performance appraisal process.
• Maintain leave and attendance records.
• Responsible for registration & renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC and other training courses.
• Benefits and welfare administration.
• Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters.
• Assist in review of HR policies and procedures.
• Process claim reimbursement.
• Any other matters as required by Management including dormitory management and enterprise asset management.

• Development planning for greenfield or redevelopment projects, asset enhancement, repositioning & turnaround for existing properties, highest & best use options, feasibility studies, source for JV partners, negotiate & structure deals, monitor asset development or enhancement works etc.
• Work with Fund Partner(s) to prepare fund documentation, investment memos, source for properties to acquire, carry out investment appraisals, negotiate & structure deals, perform due diligence, seek investment partners, set up the Fund, monitor Fund performance, work with strategic partners etc.
• Divestment, re-financing, portfolio re-balancing
• Deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation & acquisition; identify potential opportunities (new markets, new products)
• Work with stakeholders, consultants, design, development and marketing teams to monitor and manage project concept, positioning, budget and timeframe.

Contract: 6 months

Location: Chinatown

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities across both offices (Chinatown & Funan), e.g. shortlisting of candidates with hiring divisions, logistical arrangement and conduct of interviews, requesting for documents for candidates, engaging candidates for preliminary assessment, engaging hiring divisions on selection decisions etc;
• Assist with liaising and managing manpower agencies in the hiring and contract renewal/expiry of temporary staff, billing verification and budget monitoring;
• Timely update of information in HR databases and systems;
• Assist with the digitisation of hardcopy personnel files under the “electronic P-file” management project;
• Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents and creation of employee personnel files; and
• Assist with administrative and operations matters of other HR functions.

Roles and responsibility:

1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents
2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates
3. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records
4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Assist with providing administrative support to company top management
7. Reach out to clients for statutory deadlines and reminders
8. Respond to clients queries in a timely and professional manner
9. Work with other departments to ensure that the clients requests and requirements are fulfiled

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
• Be flexible and adaptable in working styles.
• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
