JOB PURPOSE:

Create and prepare SMT placement programs based on CAD data / machine data available. Coordinate with suppliers in fabricating of solder paste stencil making and testing. SMT machines process improvement such as optimizing or balance the loading of each SMT machine placement. Conduct trouble shooting / repair / maintenance and improvement.
