1. Update designated tracker as request forms come in for transcription, on-time delivery (date and time of creation of transcripts)
2. Assist in transcript production & prepare month-end reports
3. Invoicing for Supreme Court (SC) & clients
4. Prepare & send invoicing details to Finance team to generate
5. Review and confirm invoice details before Finance issue the invoice to SC & clients
6. Submit invoices via designated platforms if required
7. Liaises with clients on invoice status
8. Update error notification tracker and track error penalty credit notes to SC or clients
9. Consolidate all worksheets and crosscheck transcriber wordcount under SC and other work done by SC team
10. Send consolidated worksheet and loggers Overtime reports to Finance team for charge-backs and payouts

Administration

1. Preparation of Hearing Schedule (liasing with court staff; collating information)
2. Setting up of cases on different web-based application prior to hearings
3. Inputting transcript request information on web-based application

6. Download and upload of audio files, case documents

14. Compilation and scanning of collection forms and upload soft copies into Court system and sharepoint
15. In charge of employee welfare – ordering of water, organizing team get-togethers, events, staff activities, catering, maintain cleanliness of pantry area etc...
16. Maintain staff leave entitlement and leave taken record
