Job Description

• Assist to prepare piping layout.
• Generate drawings from 3D models.
• Amend drawings for submission.
• Material take-off for piping works.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotation and assist on technical evaluation of quotation.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering/material engineering.
• Min. 2 years working experience.
• Must have advanced computer literacy, especially in Excel.
• Must be able to work on a tight schedule.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Accounts Assistant

• 5 days, 9am- 6pm

Job scope:

• Update weekly/monthly/month-end cut-off ex-rate into ACCPAC
• Responsible of Fixed Asset Register
• Process data entry input for supplier invoices & staff travel and local expense claims
• Issue credit notes & debit notes
• AR adjustment (contra) & reversal of sales deposit
• Prepare & input journal vouchers
• AP closing & reconciliation
• Sorting of EPG & M&D orders by geographic area report
• DSO
• Assist in BPM
• Assist in Power BI report
• Assist in yearly audit support - audit firm
• Assist in preparing documents required for tax and submit to audit firm
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'O' level or with LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting is added advantage
• Wit at least 3-5 years of partial set accounting experience
• Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting system and Microsoft

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist operation manager to supervise daily operation and activity for Hotel department

2. Liase with operation manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects

3. communicate HR Department for manpowper planning and if required conduct interview.

4. Assist Operation manager to develop and improve KPI’s

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility:

• Attend and actively participate in weekly Food and Beverage meetings, respecting the confidentiality of issues which may be discussed formally or informally.
• Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager with managing the service of food and beverage within the restaurant.
• Assist in monitoring the F&B and labour cost and ensure that it is within budget.
• Ensure that the beverage stocktaking is done in a correct and efficient manner towards the end of month.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant / bar and room service;
• Regular liaison with Engineering, ensuring that maintenance requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
• Coordinate between restaurant and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for restaurant operations have been made.
• Assist in the preparation monthly restaurant reports, commenting on key performance indicators and action taken to keep on target.
• Management and guidance of outlet ambassadors, namely Restaurant Supervisors and Executives.
• Ensure constant liaison with other departments for special requests.
• Any other such duties that may from time to time be assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson
