Understanding of membrane fouling, scaling, cleaning, antiscalant dosage are crucial for a steady operation of membrane processes like ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis etc. Candidate will be performing experiments towards development of anti-scaling agents to counter CaCO3, CaSO4, CaF2 and SiO2 scaling.
