Job Description:

• Overall administrative support for the workshop
• Assist incoming goods receiving, picking and storage
• Review equipment used in warehouse periodically and repot any abnormalities or mechanical failures to the team lead to arrange for repair and servicing
• Maintain store inventory and reporting to ensure that all inventory discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
• Conduct stock take periodically and report discrepancies, if any
• Communicate and co-ordinate with drivers at all times for arranging materials to site
• Uphold and enforce safety standards in workshop environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Workshop maintenance to keep the workshop clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements and Skills:

· Proven work experience as a store clerk or similar role

· An understanding of stock management terminology such as receiving and inventory

· Basic knowledge of computer skill

· A friendly and hard-working disposition

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fun-loving, responsible, proactive, and a strong team player. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing outstanding service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care and Interaction:

• Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, handling any necessary rescheduling or follow-up.
• Provide information to patients regarding procedures, treatments, and eye care products.

Clinical Support:

• Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist ophthalmologists and optometrists with various diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Perform preliminary tests, such as visual acuity tests and ocular pressure measurements, under the supervision of eye care professionals.
• Maintain and sterilize medical equipment and instruments according to clinic protocols.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle billing and private/corporate insurance claims, including verifying insurance information and processing payments.
• Order and stock medical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Able to travel to different branches if required (Transport fees will be compensated).

Qualifications:

• Minimum O-Levels Certification
• Previous medical or clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software and basic medical equipment.

Clinic Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Position: Assistant Florist

Role Duties:

• Create and design custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate events, etc.
• Assemble bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral products with attention to color, shape, and style.
• Work with fresh flowers, dried flowers, and plants to produce aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Maintain an inventory of flowers, plants, vases, ribbons, and other floral supplies.
• Order new stock and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items.
• Properly store and handle flowers to maintain freshness, following proper care procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and floral supplies in good working condition.

Candidate profile:

• Previous experience in floral design, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong creative and artistic abilities.
• Good attention to detail and a sense of color and design.
• Ability to work with flowers and plants, including handling thorns, stems, and arranging delicate blooms.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy seasons.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy buckets or flower arrangements, and handle sharp tools (e.g., floral shears, knives).
• You must be comfortable with working on weekends.
