Job Scope

• Support the formulation and implementation of strategies, policies and programmes in collaboration with sector partners and stakeholders, to drive technology innovation.
• Support department’s initiatives which entail strategic and policy planning and stakeholder engagement, and coordinating inter-agency/cross-sectoral collaborations in technology-related work.
• Drive and execute administrative and programme management responsibilities that support the department’s technology innovation projects, including vendor, stakeholder and partnership management, contract management, procurement and payment processing, logistical set up for events and engagement sessions, publicity and marketing efforts, coordination tasks related to meetings, scheduling, preparation of reports, presentations, meeting materials and data management, and assisting with budget reports.
• Conduct horizon scanning, benchmarking and research to support the development and evaluation of strategies, policies and programmes related to technology innovation efforts.
• Communicate and liaise with internal and external partners in the arts and adjacent sectors, as well as private sector partners (e.g. tech partners, vendors, start-ups) to deliver the above outcomes.

Requirements

• A good, relevant Degree
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Interest and/or experience in the arts and technology, and knowledge of technologies like augmented and/or virtual reality (ARVR) and interest in new technology trends and how they can drive new areas of growth
• Good project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Ability to excavate and nurture network of partnerships to drive technology innovation
• Able to manage and interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Good interpersonal skills and resourceful
• Good with Microsoft software including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, social media and digital communication platforms for public engagement and outreach

Warehouse Assistant (Tally Clerk)

• Working Days: Mon to Fri & Half Sat

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading, off-loading of goods from shipping containers and stacking of the goods in the receiving and dispatching area.
• Tally all goods and match them with shipping invoices and packing orders to ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Make appropriate remarks on the consignor’s documents and tally sheet when differences are observed between consigned and received quantities.
• Report any anomalies or damaged goods.
• Undertake re-packing, reconstitution, and segregation of damaged goods
• Update all commodity receipts, issues, and disposal on the warehouse’s inventory system.
• Supervise cleaning exercise after loading & off-loading and reconstitution exercise when required
• Perform inventory checks.
• Monitor casual workers to avoid or reduce pilferage.
• Observe warehouse house-keeping & safety measures.
