Your new role

Liaise with local Compliance team and administer processes related to Representative Notification Framework, Register of Dealer, and reporting to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 5-8 years of HR experience.
• Proven working experience in a banking industry is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with process improvement, system implementation/migration such as HR technology, payroll platforms, or recruitment tools, is a definite plus.
• Strong knowledge of employee life cycle processes is highly advantageous.
