Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Responding to sales and order inquiries via calls, emails, and fax.
4. Handling job card processing and distributing them to the relevant production department
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order fulfilment management.
6. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to order fulfilment.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
8. Undertaking any additional tasks delegated by the supervisor as needed.
Education and Work Requirements
• A Level, Diploma or equivalent
• Quick-witted, Good Communication skill, Fast Learner
• 2 years of ordering/customer service/administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, E.g., Microsoft Excel and Words
• IELTS English level 5.5 and above
• Able to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking internal and external stakeholder
• 5 day works - OFF on Wednesday & Saturday.
