The Singapore Gastric Cancer Consortium (SGCC) is a translational research group comprising clinicians and scientists working in gastric cancer research. • Centre Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at the Centre. This may involve organizing schedules, maintaining the Centre's cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their child's enrolment. Maintain accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and payments using our database systems.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, managing student records, and preparing reports as needed. Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and timely communication with parents regarding student progress. Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Reporting: You will be responsible for keeping the Centre Manager informed of any issues or concerns that arise. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on the Centre's performance, including enrolment and attendance.
• Collaboration: You will be workin closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to ensure that students receive the best possible education and support. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
