Glam Salon is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for experienced beautician consultant (Full-Time) to our growing family.

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated

Primary Responsibilities:

• Check and ensure all documentations are in placed (with accordance to UPDATED Revenue Recognition - SOX Policy) for all the completed orders prior to invoicing
• Issuance & preparation of GPS, GPME & XLS
• Trade /Recharge Invoices for 3rd Party Customers
• Trade/ Recharge Invoices for intercompany Customers
• Royalty invoices to Licensees
• Down Payment Invoicing
• CIA / COD Manual Invoices
• Credits notes
• Ensure approved Tax Invoices & Credit Notes are uploaded to Share Point:
• List down invoices above US$100,00.00 for Financial Controller’s approval and sign-off
• Update Quarterly Forecast file for completed & invoiced orders
• Send Credit Release request to Corporate Credit Team – USA
• Daily Customer Service Duties includes
  • Sending Tax Invoices to customers & related parties electronically
  • Upload Tax Invoices into Customer Portal
  • Respond to customers’ queries relating to Tax Invoices and other related documents (e.g. Quality Document Package, Commercial Shipping Documents, Official documents relating to Payment & etc)
• Generate Customers & Related Parties Statement of Accounts monthly.
• Send & monitor payment due from customers. Follow up with reminders via emails and calling.
• Assist Credit Controller in booking payment received from customer into the ERP System.
• GST (ACAP) Requirement – Monitor & follow up with Logistics/customers to obtaining export documentation on zero-rated invoices per GST Regulations.
• Company Income Tax Filing requirements – Monitor & follow up with customers & related parties to obtaining Original Withholding Tax Receipts
• Assist Credit Controller with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reports & Audit assignments
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned, which includes;
  • Mailing/Courier original invoices to customers upon request
  • Maintain filing of invoices, statements of account, receipts

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop SAP functional design specs and communicate with external partners - i.e. Bank, payment processors etc
• Execute projects, setting project deliverable priorities; monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results. Monitors / Mentors junior project resources
• Effectively communicate project status to the senior management on a regular basis Partner with the business to ensure their expectations are met and managed
• Ensures consistent delivery of a quality projects as per SAP team project live cycle.

Skills /Competencies:

· Specialised in SAP technical, functional and business experience in order-to- cash, ecommerce B2B / B2C and CRM.

· Deep business & working experience in OTC, sales fulfillment, consumer, digital media and payment processing.

· Certified SAP configurator with extensive & deep-knowledge of SAP R/3, ECC 6.0; Certified SAP CRM/Configurator.

· Exposure to SAP Advanced Planning, GTS, EAI, XML, etc

· Has worked on API with external partners or if not, built interfaces entailing sFTP and real- time integrations.

· Savvy with the latest technology and standards practiced in market.

· Basic debugging skills as well as ability to read simple ABAP codes.

· Speak/write English is a mandate.

Responsibilities

• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Conforming to hotel standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Review basic banquet event orders and follow up on all special requests.
