Overview:

The Cyber Team Engineer will be responsible for all security-related tasks within the organization, including privileged access management, monitoring security logs for alerts, reviewing Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), and ensuring proper security incident control procedures are followed. This role requires experience with monitoring tools, Splunk as a power user, syslog, Windows Event Log, rsyslog, and privilege access management(PAM) systems such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk and role based access control(RBAC) such as ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain privileged access management systems to ensure secure access control.

Review security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security incidents.

Stay abreast of CVEs and security threats to assess their impact on the organization's systems.

Implement and oversee security incident control measures to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.

Collaborate with the cybersecurity team and IT departments to address security concerns and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or security-related role.

Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, eG, and Splunk.

The Resident Engineer / Security Consultant(s) has to review, support the health check activities, planning of upgrade and planning migration of Trellix products installed at the customer site.

· Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.

· Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

· Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.

· Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.

· Report guest complaints immediately to the supervisors and ensuring follow up is performed with the guest.

· Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.

· Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.

· Maintain a good rapport and work relation with staff in the assigned department and within the hotel.

· Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel initiated trainings scheduled.

· Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Department Head.

· Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the hotel management.

· Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and operating equipment.

· Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Projecting at all times a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self-control.

· Have a complete understanding of the monthly profit and loss statement of the department.

· Lead the service and act as a role model to the team.

· Ensure a flawless service to the highest standards and as required by the department and the hotel.

· Fully understand the concept of the restaurant and being able to act as a guardian in terms of service provided, food and beverages served and the guidance of the team.

· Ensure a great communication within the team and able to hold team meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor.

· Attend the daily Food & Beverage Meeting in the absence of Restaurant Supervisor and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

· Being able to control the service with a great sense of supervision and not being focused on one area only.

Role Description

We are looking for our next Real Estate Consultants to help accelerate our growth and scale the company to greater heights.

As a Propseller Real Estate Consultant you’ll be a modern PropTech agent with a salary, uncapped commissions, benefits, and an exciting career path. You’ll be assigned to a territory and work under the close supervision of a sales manager. Instead of spending time prospecting for new client leads, you will be provided with a steady stream of qualified leads. Instead of relying on traditional inefficient practices, you will be provided with our state-of-the-art custom technological tools and you’ll be trained to operate at your highest efficiency. Instead of spending time on administrative matters, you’ll be supported by the Propseller Central Team handling listings, enquiries, and viewing coordination, etc. Your focus and bandwidth will be spent on doing what you do best and like the most: delighting clients and closing fantastic deals with them.

On average, Propseller’s Real Estate Consultants have been multiplying their production (i.e. $ amount of commission charged) by 7x upon joining Propseller. They close each on average 5 transactions per month.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Represent sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in real estate transactions;
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and news;
• Develop expertise regarding real estate practices, standards, financing options, investment returns, and geographical areas;
• Estimate property values through skilled competitive market analysis;
• Conduct presentations and obtain agency agreements in consultative manner;
• Assist clients from initial contact to closing;
• Run virtual/physical viewings to secure and negotiate on offers;
• Ensure deals reach smooth completions and that client is overly satisfied;
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
• Represent Propseller with top-level professionalism;
• Drive revenue growth by exceeding targets.

You embody the consultative sales approach to real estate; never hard-selling, and always putting the clients’ results and satisfaction above all. You are already tech-savvy and administratively proficient, or are swiftly on the way, being able to navigate the latest tech tools quickly and effectively to leverage your sales pipeline.

Most of all, you are a growth-oriented “closer”. You are always hungry to meet more clients, sign new contracts and close new deals on a weekly, if not daily, basis in order to achieve a win-win-win situation for the Company, the clients and yourself.

Requirements

• Singapore RES license;
• Diploma, Degree preferred;
• 5+ years of real estate experience with a proven track record of success (or equivalent experience in another client-facing role);
• Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible;

• Good written and verbal English communication skills + command of one other language;
