Sia Partners is looking for a Contractor to support our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance practice serving our clients as an AML/KYC Consultant. The consultant will work closely with our client’s compliance and legal teams, leading cross-functional initiatives around KYC/ AML initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the KYC for Private Banking
• Prepare KYC documents collection checklist and collect data from RMs and clients
• Perform identification and verification process
• Perform screening and hit escalation process
• Validate source of wealth (SOW)
• Update the KYC data into the KYC systems
• Perform four eyes control check on the KYC profiles
• Perform quality assurance of the KYC profiles completed
• Escalate all exceptions for Compliance review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or related field

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of compliance experience
• Prior experience doing KYC for Private Banking clients
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure

We are now looking for an C/ETRM Consultant for the Services & Support department.

The Services & Support department is in charge of the implementation of our software for new clients and continual application support for all clients. This is not an IT (Information Technology) role – rather this is a CLIENT FACING role that requires the consultant to have the relevant business knowledge, speak to clients, understand their business requirements, and work with internal counterparties (Services/IT team if development work is required) to customise our platform to suit clients' requirements.

The consultant will work closely together with the team members in one or more projects – providing relevant support in the configuration and implementation of CTRM for new clients. He/She will also be expected to provide ongoing application support to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document client requirements
• Identify any gaps and determine appropriate solutions
• Extend the core product using the data model and the scripting extensions
• Design and configure interfaces to other applications
• Facilitate and ensure user acceptance
• Carry out training for end-users
• Raise change requests for platform enhancements

Reporting to the Senior / Principal Consultant, the Consultant’s main responsibility will be to support the team in the following areas:

· Undertake environmental site assessment studies;

· Support in managing projects;

· Undertake sampling and monitoring works;

· Preparing proposals, reports and project coordination (i.e., Environmental Baseline Studies, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Monitoring and Management Program).

Job Requirements

· Open to fresh graduates, or with 1-2 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment. Working experience in a consultant firm with exposure to EHS Compliance Audits would be an advantage.

· Field experience in conducting site survey and sampling is advantageous.

· Experience with client management and project management skills can be considered for more senior position.

· Knowledge of Singapore’s Environmental, Health and Safety Laws and Regulations, PUB and NEA guidelines etc.

· Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.

· Ability to exercise discretion on complex & sensitive issues.

· Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.

· Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in liaison with Singapore government authorities is advantageous)

· MS Office and/or QGIS knowledge and skills are advantageous.

· Tertiary qualifications, minimum BEng/BSc in Environmental Engineering, Management, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or related.
