The SAP Services is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAP’s customers on their implementations of innovation products, mainly in Cloud product e.g, SAP IBP, etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert advisory for strategic customer implementing SAP IBP with SAP Business Network integration.
• Provide expertise in S/4HANA BadI for SAP IBP Real-time integration for SAP IBP.
• Provide expert advisory on CI-DS & odata integration for SAP IBP.
• Work on leading customer facing project implementations with focus on IBP solution portfolio.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise.
• Configure the requirements in respective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.
• Conduct testing, training and support for master data migration.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on SAP IBP including advanced features e.g, ML-Based algorithm.
• Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
• Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
• Proceed with IMG configuration, design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDS´s, Best practices implementation guides).
• Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.
• Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Solid experience developing/deployment as IBP with Real-time integration with actual project implementations.
• Solid knowledge in SAP ABAP for BadIs.
• Excellent Integration knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP IBP using SAP Cloud Platform Integration – Data Services, RTI and integration with Ariba Business Network.
• Excellent understanding of an integrated and end-to-end supply chain planning process with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions.
• Ability and good will to pick up knowledge in new areas.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent Team Player with individual ownership.
• Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus.
• Adding advantages:

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing various financial services, including full-set accounting, tax consultation, and coordination with private banks, treasury, and payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Set Accounting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for various entities within the family office.
   Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
   Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
   
2. Tax Consultation:Stay abreast of tax laws and regulations in Singapore and relevant jurisdictions.
   Provide tax planning and consultation services to optimize the family's financial position.
   Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws.
   
3. Liaison with Private Banks:Collaborate with private banks to manage and monitor investment portfolios.
   Coordinate fund transfers, asset movements, and other financial transactions.
   Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure efficient financial management.
   
4. Treasury Management:Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planning.
   Implement strategies to optimize cash holdings and investment returns.
   Work closely with the investment team to align treasury activities with overall financial goals.
   
5. Payroll Coordination:Collaborate with payroll services to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
   Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
   Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
   

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Minimum of X years of experience in a similar role within a family office or financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of full-set accounting processes.
• Experience working with private banks, treasury functions, and payroll services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
