Basic salary: $7000-$10000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
âť– Account Management & Development
â—Ź Be the lead point of contact for matters specific to the assigned sales accounts.
â—Ź Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the sales account personnel.
â—Ź Negotiate contracts and follow up towards closing of agreements.
● Prioritize and plan the company’s work activities within the customer project scope and timeline.
â—Ź Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
â—Ź Constantly explore new business opportunities or offer new business ideas to customers to expand mutual growth.
â—Ź Forecast and track customer account metrics (eg. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
â—Ź Ensure timely billings to customers.
âť– Business Development
â—Ź Actively engage potential clients to update offerings, understand needs, and acquire market intelligence.
● Win new clients by closely following up on actions to clients’ requests, including quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts, and specifications.
â—Ź Prepare and submit for selected public tenders.
● Coordinate with relevant teams within the company – project management, R&D, and operations – to ensure timely and satisfactory responses to customers.
â—Ź Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to collect market intelligence and network with relevant industry players.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Account management experience in the following market segments is preferred:
- Transport authorities
- Public transport operators
- Transit system integrators
- Government agencies
- Regional experience is big bonus, especially overseas customer network
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Background or knowledge in software and electronics/electrical engineering will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence, while having attentive listening skills
- Highly self-motivated, take initiative to learn and to find out answers
