Key Responsibilities

• Perform activities associated with Information Technology’s ERP system; business process architecture/design, and technology adoption of the ERP system.
• Participate and lead the implementation of Finance modules across all the projects by providing necessary business process consulting, training, SOPs, documentation, and applications consulting to ensure success in using the ERP software as a tool to improve overall business performance.
• Participate in our customer’s ERP solutions implementation in all business areas. Subject Matter Expert in Accounting and Financial Consolidation.
• Work with management to prevent or remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.
• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related fields of study with 3 years of relevant experience including hands-on experience as ERP user/implementor in Accounting.
• Candidates with CPA are a plus.

Our client is a well-established multinational contractor with a rich history.

• Follows up on the pre and post-contract administration of the project assigned to.
• Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and including liaise with Client, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers;
• Possess strong knowledge of Contractual terms and works to ensure that Project Team adheres to Contractural Terms and Conditions
• Provides effective support to Project Team and establishes good working relationships with Project Managers, Clients, Contractors and sub-contractors;
• Assists in resolving contractual and commercial issues with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers;
• Co-ordinates the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensures expenses within budget;
• Attends to all contract administration matters and maintains proper documentation of the project;
• Responsible for the Valuation of progress monthly payments, claims, and final account settlement with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Attends site and other meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical / or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Commercial, M&E, Infrastructure Projects QS experience
• Experienced in both Pre and Post Contracts
• Short-notice preferred

· SAP IBP experience on implementation in setting up the entire flow of production planning for Make-to-stock/Make-to-Order strategy.

· With hands-on configuration and implementation experience primarily in IBP Demand Module and other modules such as:

o Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

· At least 2-3 implementations of IBP platforms in manufacturing environments with any of the modules/functions mention above.

· Good understanding of APO and PP integration flow to with other SAP modules.

· Documents proof of concept system set ups together with SMEs.
