Your tasks:

• Requirements engineering for automation solutions used in the manufacturing industry together with the customer.
• Technical assessment of the existing environment at the customer, including tests of the interfaces of production machines and systems that shall be integrated.
• Design of the solution together with the product managers and solution specialists in Germany.
• Development, and improvement / expansion of software to automate the manufacturing industry within an international team.
• Test and roll out of the solution on the customer’s systems.
• Training of key users from the customer’s IT and production department.
• 2nd level support and rapid problem solving to ensure smooth production without disruption to our customers.

A relevant professional experience completes your profile:

• Degree/Diploma in CS/EE/CE or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience in either manufacturing automation or equipment integration for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experienced in requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of production-relevant concepts such as MES, APC / SPC, AMHS, dispatching, scheduling, etc.
• Experience in MES systems such as SiView, Siemens Opcenter, Critical Manufacturing, WorkStream, Stationworks, SAP ME, FAB300, Promis would be advantaged.
• Familiarity with standard interfaces of the manufacturing industry (SECS/GEM, OPC, MOM, SOA).
• Understanding for software architecture and infrastructure.
• Skills in object-oriented programming (Java, TypeScript, C#, C++, .NET).
• Experience in database design and SQL development.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customers and other SYSTEMA locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• All the requirements listed for the Associate Consultant role, with advanced expertise in:Developing enterprise-grade front-end and back-end solutions.
  Low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, or Appian.
  Continuous Integration and cloud-native technologies.
  
• Additional skills in cross-platform application development and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in Agile environments, including TDD and pair programming.
• Certification in cloud and low-code platforms preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Same as Associate Consultant but with more responsibility in stakeholder management and design leadership.
• Act as a lead in forecasting and managing project budgets, ensuring that costs are within approved limits.
• Manage complex application infrastructure design and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with government policies.
• Take the lead in driving collaborations with service providers and external partners.
• Oversee day-to-day application infrastructure services, ensuring continuous service improvement.
• Play a central role in inter-agency collaboration for government-wide application services delivery.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with hands-on involvement in 2-3 full project development life cycles.
• Proven ability to handle complex projects and work with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  Oversee the operations, maintenance, and monitoring of systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, including security and resilience standards.
  Lead and coordinate with GovTech teams, auditors, and other stakeholders for audits and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with the Business Analyst, Solution Architect, IT Infrastructure Engineer, and agency users to ensure smooth project execution.
  Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to meet project goals and expectations.
  
• Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

Added Advantage:

• Project Management experience in Agile environments.
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI.
• Experience in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities:

• Same as Associate Consultant but with an increased level of responsibility, including leading the test strategy development and mentoring junior testers.
• Take on more complex test automation projects and drive improvements in test processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development cycle.
• Provide technical leadership for test automation and work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure optimal test coverage.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 4 years of experience in exploratory testing and automation.
• Proven experience in leading test automation initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong understanding of Agile testing practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
