The Role

• Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber candidates using various platforms and techniques.
• Identify talent needs and support top talents in identifying the right career path.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and ensure alignment with client opportunities.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly individual/team targets by creating your own talent pipeline
• Communicate with clients regarding the acquisition of talent by sourcing candidates through business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, directing recruiting, existing database and internet advertising
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Be involved in candidate care activities such as database and associated recruitment administration

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the recruitment industry or Human Resource related field.
• Strong drive to succeed in sales.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Energetic and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic business needs.

• Treasury application BAU 24*7 support:
• L1 & L2 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment

• Resolving technical services related issues, environment management and EOD batch support in morning or night or weekend shifts

Mandatory Skills Description:
