Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain rapport and relationship with hotel concierge, front desk and hotel staff
• Maintain Tour Desk in terms of set up, list of brochures and maps
• Assist hotel guests to plan for their vacation itinerary and recommend suitable tours
• Assist hotel guests on booking airport transportation, cruises or restaurant within our pool of contracted companies
• Create bookings using PWA POS or Point of Sales system in order for own stock tickets to be issued promptly
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly bookings summary and collection report
• Submit all collection to Finance with copies of receipts and other required documents
• Check on summary of booking in Booking platform and create invoices on the spot for tickets only and the day after service provided for tour bookings
• To give guests Courtesy or service call 3 hours after flight lands and coordinate with driver during their roster duty in the office

Qualifications:

Role Purpose:

The Associate Security Consultant attains CREST CRT certification, learns other security assurance skills and assists in delivering penetration testing & offensive security projects to ensure a successful outcome that at least meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Role Outcomes:

• Mentored to achieved CREST CRT certification within 4 months of joining Vantage Point.
• Complete the Associate Consultant training program to become competent with the use of penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools and source code review techniques.
• Perform penetration testing projects as part of a team to ensure they are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• All client data is managed in strict accordance with Vantage Point Security data security and protection policies throughout the project.

Role Responsibilities:

• Achieve CREST CRT certification within 4 months of joining Vantage Point.
• Complete the Associate Consultant training program comprising the learning of penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools and source code review techniques.
• Support Senior Consultants and Security Consultants to perform manual penetration tests of websites, services, infrastructure, networks, IoT Devices, and mobile applications to discover and report exploitable vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy Development:Assist Product Owner and Business Analyst in crafting user story acceptance criteria.
  Analyze and decompose complex software systems, designing a comprehensive test strategy.
  Research emerging technologies to develop innovative test automation frameworks.
  
• Test Execution & Automation:Develop test suites, scenarios, and cases to ensure robust quality assurance.

  Maintain regression test suites in the nightly QA build and continuously refine the smoke test suite in the Development CI environment.
