• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Sales for Food/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be preferred

Role Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our agency. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment and contribute to the agency's expansion.

You will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You are responsible for finding potential employers, screening and matching them to clients' available positions. You will create recruiting strategies and work with clients and candidates from the sourcing stage up until the ideal candidate is hired. You will meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, have an active client-facing role, create and manage recruitment opportunities, and are responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify top talent.
• Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to determine suitability for client roles.
• Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job opportunities, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
• Client Presentation: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary negotiations, facilitate the offer process, and secure candidate acceptance.
• Onboarding Support (if needed): Provide guidance and support during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for the candidate and client.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

About the team

The Global Sales Learning Team's mission is to provide FIS' global sales force with the most impactful learning experiences possible. We train and coach our sellers using the latest industry and selling research to enable them to sell more efficiently and effectively within their territories.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of training programs, team skill-building sessions, and the development of resources targeting skills gaps and future sales force needs. You may also work individually with sellers in areas such as advising on campaign planning, preparing for client meetings, and creating effective presentations. Specific responsibilities include:

• Serving as an internal organizational development consultant for various divisions within FIS’ sales organization.
• Improving sales performance by maintaining effective partnerships, determining performance gaps and identifying performance needs, designing and implementing strategies for performance improvement, and applying measurement methods for assessing effectiveness of these strategies.
• Researching, developing, and facilitating training programs in leadership and professional curriculums for employees and managers at all levels of the company.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

• Experience in complex B2B selling and/or account management
• An understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and key selling skills
• Significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and/or coaching
• In-depth formal assessment processes, consulting services and measurement practices
• Experience facilitating live and virtual sessions for both small and large groups
• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Experience as an administrator or super-user on an LMS
