• Support Management of Change (MOC) for any planned changes in QC laboratory that impact quality and safety.
• Responsible for departmental purchases to support laboratory operation and improvements.
• Responsible in the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration and verification of analytical instruments and systems (Viscometer, GPC, GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF Titrators, etc.).
• Responsible for review and upkeep of Risk Assessment, Work Instructions, and related QC laboratory documents and record.
• Participate in both internal and external audits related to quality and safety. Perform auditing on periodic basis (system, process and product audits).
• Perform any delegated assigned by Quality Manager/Assistant QC Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Quality related functions such as Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar Quality systems with experience in Quality audits.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including teamwork, communication, prioritization and change management.
