Actively support TOUCH’s Digital Transformation journey by working closely with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain and support TOUCH’s systems that enable Digital Capability and transform TOUCH into a data-driven and client-centric organisation.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to design, implement, maintain and support digital end-to-end processes spanning across TOUCH systems
• Work with internal and vendor teams to design, maintain and support TOUCH technology platform built on Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Central (BC), support issues and problem management, and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Use technical knowledge and expertise to conduct functional impact assessments, analyse business processes and requirements
• Analyse cloud service providers release plans, propose recommendations and work with internal teams and vendors to carry out action plan
• Ensure all business and technical documentation are kept up to date
• Ensure internal and vendor teams address and solve issues and problems in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor and address key issues with application programming interfaces (APIs)
• Contribute as a member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Reporting solutions
• Working experience with technology such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, SQL Server Reporting Services (SRSS), Jet Report and APIs
• Knowledgeable and experienced in application development, vendor and agile project management
• Good communication skills
• Strong grasp of digital concepts, technology and business models is advantageous

SUMMARY:

To develop M+R Singapore Airfreight Department and guarantee compliance with company’s guidelines as well as ensuring an extremely high service level is maintain operationally for our direct clients and partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operations on an A-Z basis file, on global shipments reporting to the General Manager.
• Ensure operations of all air shipments are completed on time and efficiently and in a professional manner and according to the company’s policies.
• Ensure COD customers pay all invoices.
• Maintain monthly reports and comply with all management directives in a prompt and concise manner.
• Provide support services to the management and sales department for operational work.
• Handle global & local enquiries for air freight rates.
• Support the sales team/overseas offices/partners/agents by negotiating competitive rates for existing and potential business (long term and ad hoc)/bids/RFQ’s. Where it is necessary work along with the Regional Airfreight Manager on rate negotiations with airline/s.
• Diligently source for best rate options to remain competitive to enhance the volume of shipments.
• Maintain close contact with our core Airline partners and other sources to keep updated with changes in the market.
• Ensure rates quoted are accepted by agents/partners/customers before shipment is executed.
• Proactively follow up on quotations sent to agents/partners/customers.
• Minimize the risk, be it financial or liabilities, to M+R for all shipments in accordance with guidelines set by the management and/or SOPS and to utilize the company’s IT tools and to actively promote them.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all SOPS on a regular basis and keep the management regularly and pro-actively updated.
• Implement/update specific SOP’s as per customer's requirement's. Where necessary obtain Management approval and/or guidance.
• Maintain existing and develop new relationships with Airlines and where needed co-loaders in conjunction with the Airfreight Manager S.E. Asia.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. GCE ‘O’ Level/ Diploma or higher

2. Fluent in written and spoken English and other local languages

3. Experience in Air Freight forwarding operations

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Community Engagement and Partnerships, the incumbent will assist to build and drive collaborative platforms together with internal stakeholders (clinical, nursing, allied health and operations) and external collaborators, to execute initiatives that deliver impact for our patients in the community, specifically in helping to bridge care from the hospital into the community.

The incumbent will develop well-thought-out content outlines that are engaging and perform video recording and editing functions to meet the unit’s objectives. This would also include shooting and editing short form videos. He/ she is expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to do story boards before media production. He/ she would also need to fact-check on relevant information to support the content creation process, and operationalize the media production, such as identifying video talents.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in marketing, business management or related.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, previous experience in the luxury retail industry would be a plus.
• Written and spoken native fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language(s) are a plus.
