Job Responsibilities:
โข Assist the Senior HR executive to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
โขManage and handle employeeโs records in HR system
โขPrepare monthly payroll transactions (approximately 800-1000 headcounts)
โขResponsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
โขManage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employeeโs attendance
โขEnsure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
โขPrepare OT monitoring weekly report & monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
โขProvide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
โขUndertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Job Requirements:
โขPossess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative
โขAt least 2 years of payroll related experience
โขAbility to work on weekends or Public Holiday(if any) during month-end closing
โขFamiliar with MOM regulations, Employment Act and HR practices
โขGood communication, writing and interpersonal skills
โขProficient in Microsoft Office Applications
โขA team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
โขAble to start immediately or within a short notice
โขChinese-speaking is a MUST as this person need to communicate with Operation staff in Mandarin
โขOnly applicable to Singaporean/SPR
