Overview and purpose of the position

The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.

• To facilitate and create a smooth and seamless process to enrol eligible residents on Healthier SG
• To effectively communicate and convey the mission, vision and its benefits of Healthier SG
• To render assistance in residents in resetting of Singpass
• To educate and assist residents with the successful on boarding to Health 365 and Health Hub App
• On-board residents who are Non-adopter to H365 Lite

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Validate individual’s incentive who completed their 1st Health Plan Consultation
• Diploma/degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• At least 3 – 6 years of working experiences, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Possess strong and effective organization skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, both in indoor and outdoor operational environments.
• Meet vaccination requirements mandatory by law to work in Public Health Institutions (PHI).

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or its equivalent education certificate
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field
• Good understanding of human resources functions
• Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
• Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices

The Partnership Engagement Executive will be instrumental in supporting and executing GS1 Singapore’s strategic programs, focusing on partnership development and engagement. The role involves driving the adoption of 2D barcode initiatives, onboarding Solution Partners, managing the GS1 Solution Centre, and contributing to sustainability and value-added initiatives. The successful candidate will enhance member engagement, promote operational efficiency, and support the growth of GS1 technologies and standards.

Responsibilities

1. 2D Initiatives Support:

• Support in planning, executing, and promoting GS1 Singapore’s 2D initiatives across various industries.
• Orgainise outreach activities to educate stakeholders on the advantages of adopting GS1 2D barcodes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the deployment of 2D barcodes and monitor implementation progress.

2. Solution Partner Acquisition and Engagement:

• Drive the acquisition of new solution providers and oversee their onboarding into the GS1 Singapore Solution Partner Programme.
• Strengthen relationships with existing solution partners through organizing engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, and partner meetings.

3. Solution Centre Set-up and Management:

• Support the setup and day-to-day operations of the GS1 Singapore Solution Centre, showcasing GS1 solutions for supply chain efficiency, healthcare, and retail innovation.
• Organize events, demonstrations, and presentations at the Solution Centre to promote GS1 technologies and services.

4. Value-Added Services & Sustainability Initiatives:

• Assist in the developing and implementing sustainability programs, supporting businesses in achieving sustainability goals through GS1 standards.
• Contribute to creating and promoting new value-added services designed to boost member engagement and operational efficiency.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in GS1 working groups as assigned to stay updated and contribute to industry knowledge.
• Prepare accurate and timely reporting on all relevant activities and project progress.
• Tasks assigned by management on ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in partnership engagement, program support, or stakeholder management.
• Understanding of barcode technology or supply chain management is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Product registration: including preparation of registration dossier, design of performance evaluation study and manage execution and communication with CRO (clinical research organization).
2. Be the subject matter expert on medical devices laws and regulations for product registration in company’s regions of interest.
3. Interface the communication with regulatory agencies, e.g. Health Science Authority, Medical Device Authority, Food and Drug Administration, track the progress of product registration, and resolve problems raised by reviewers during the review process.
4. Involve in the process of product testing, clinical verification, data collection and relevant tracking.
5. Submit to agencies scientific special projects on behalf of the company.
6. Establish collaborative and cooperative working relationship with key opinion leaders and the regulatory bodies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet projects goals with overall organizational objectives.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as required by the management team.

Job Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field
